"We really enjoyed our stay at Hera Suites. The rooms are really spacious, with great bed and very nice bathrooms. The location is close to city center and easily walkable. the staff is very helpful. The views from the rooftop in early morning are amazing. One caution I have for other travelers is to avoid booking any trips through them. We took a private tour through the hotel and it was really underwhelming compared to another group tour I booked directly with an out of hotel travel agency. Also their prices are premium for these tours."

"One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. The photos don’t do it justice. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable and clean. The staff are very friendly. The grounds are very well maintained and truly provide a unique and charming setting. Our included breakfast was AMAZING. The patios were never crowded, we always had somewhere to sit and enjoy the view. Highly recommend!"

"Its central location is a deciding factor. It's within walking distance of historical sites. The hotel staff are helpful. The rooms are clean. The hairdresser is excellent. The parking lot is next to the hotel. We were a little uneasy about giving them our car keys. The only downside was that there was no hand soap in the bathroom, but that wasn't a major problem. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We requested an iron for the room and it arrived immediately. It would be good to have a bellboy in the parking lot. There might be a shortage of staff. We didn’t have breakfast!"

"Our family had a great stay in the cave hotel. Great location and awesome views of the hot air balloons at sunrise. The Buffett breakfast was fantastic and the staff (host Deniz and cook: Meryem) made the great start to the days with wonderful variety of local food!! The front desk also had available excursions and very helpful. We had a great time at the hotel and surrounding area."

"I stayed in the “Kings Ego” suite. Amazing experience! It’s like staying in a 2 level gothic museum. The artwork and furnishings are legendary! The whole theme is based on Dante’s Divine Comedy with heaven and hell themed artwork. The blood colored pool is just amazing, just ask the staff to light the candles and it’s just like the pictures! Definitely a must stay! Memorable experience for the value!"

"We stayed here as an overnight pit stop after a late flight on our way to Capadoccia. The hotel was really convenient for thst and the staff was super helpful after we'd made a booking mistake (our fault). Would definitely stay again."

"We stayed for one night and everything was perfect. The staff were very attentive, friendly, and welcoming. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was rich, varied, and delicious. The location was excellent as well, everything was within walking distance, making it very easy to explore the area. We had a wonderful experience. Thank you very much!"
