Expansive spaces and a marvellous park with centuries-old trees frame Villa Giuffrè, with its stunning swimming pool and solarium, a hot tub and spacious terraces overlooking the countryside, where views span the Tyrrhenian coast and the sea, right out to the Aeolian Islands.
The recent renovation of the villa, with attention to every detail and respect for the original architectural features, harmoniously combines the beauty of the past with the simplicity of today. Its comfortable interiors, split across two levels, include five double bedrooms with en suite bathroom, television and minibar, living room, study, breakfast room, dining room, two kitchens and laundry. The residence comes with all modern amenities such as air-conditioning and heating (in all rooms), Wi-Fi internet, TV (7), washing machine (2), dishwasher (2), electric oven (2), espresso machine and even a barbecue.
In addition to the nearby beaches of Capo D’Orlando, Villa Giuffrè is the ideal location for easily reaching Cefalù, the Nebrodi Park, the Marinello Reserve, the ancient Tindari and the wonderful Aeolian Islands.
