Allí nos dicen, que por el precio contratado, nos corresponde esa nueva dirección. Esa habitación no tiene nada que ver con lo que aparece en las fotos del contrato de la web(no hay tv, ni aire acondicionado, el baño es más pequeño, un solo enchufe ...)No culpo al hostal/hotel, ellos tienen sus tarifas; la culpa es de la web, que contratando un tipo de habitación en una dirección concreta y guiándote por unas fotos, resulta que el precio no corresponde a la habitación contratada y te mandan a otro edificio. La habitación que aparece en las fotos de la web, realmente existía (con tv, aire acondicionado, etc), ubicada además en la dirección que aparece en el correo de confirmación de la web, pero según recepción, valía 20euros más, echándole la culpa a la web, que habría mezclado las fotos de ambos establecimientos. Resumiendo, que uno paga un tipo de habitación concreta con unos servicios, basándose en unas fotos, y allí te mandan a otro edificio donde las habitaciones no tienen nada que ver, aludiendo que esa que tú has contratado, es realmente un poco más cara... Lo respete, aunque mostré claramente mi descontento. Probablemente tenga serias dudas a la hora de volver a contratar nada a través de esta web. Kann gut als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen genutzt werden. Das Hotel ist etwas älter, unser Zimmer aber gepflegt und die Betten bequem (und auch warm). Die Besitzer sind äusserst Hilfsbereit und geben einem auch Tipps. ##### Verified traveller Verified ### 6/10 Okay #### wasuke Oct 14, 2015 Liked: Cleanliness, room comfort #### ALSAバスst.直ぐ横の家庭的ホテル グラナダから２時間３０分、カピレイラのバスst.に着いたが、ホテルが分からず２０分ほどウロウロ。近いことは分かっていたが、これほど近いとは思わず、ホテルの外観も見ていなかったので戸惑った。 ちょうど昼食時にチェックインしたため、レストランも経営しているこのホテルのフロントには誰もいない。予約の控えを見せても対応できない時間が５分ほど。オーナーが忙しそうに鍵とパスポートを交換し、レストランに戻っていった。安宿というわけでもないのに、ちょっと面倒くさそうなに後回しにされたような対応で少し不愉快になった。 午後３時前後は気をつけて!
