Staff were great , really friendly. Room was very clean apart from a hair in the bath. No air conditioning which was a problem ..."

"Perfect for an overnight stay in centre of Newcastle. Parking right outside is helpful too. Nice enough hotel with spacious rooms but top floor rooms are right by the train track. If you’re a light sleeper you’ll need ear plugs. Apart from that all great."
