Gowns and some towels were removed and not replaced during our stay. Parking entrance and exit you need to press and there’s no sanitizer (exposure to COVID) same goes to lift. Hotel is lovely and the staff and service is great. My room was a suite on this occasion and it was tired and needs updating. The room staff had not cleaned the room properly and there empty water bottles on the balcony outside and No spoons in the room for coffee. We accidentally left our passports and extra cash in the safe. Everything was safe and sound at the front desk when we returned to pick it up two days later. Easy and cheap onsite parking too. Really great location, walking distance to excellent restaurants and BoKap neighborhood. The rooms a clean and well appointed, the location is good for table mountain.
