Ideally positioned in a quiet side street, a short walk to countless restaurants, coffee shops, retailers and the popular Sea Point Promenade. Just a 10 minute drive to Table Mountain and the world-famous beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay. The building features a 500 m2 communal rooftop entertainment deck with a pool, BBQ facilities and seating areas. There is also a well-fitted indoor gym with beautiful mountain views The Space : This two-story loft-style apartment offers stunning, contemporary designer furnishing and finishes throughout. It features a modern open-plan kitchen with an island, dining area and lounge which opens onto a large balcony. The kitchen is fitted with high-end appliances, and the living area has everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The main bedroom is on the second floor and has an extra-length queen size bed, en suite bathroom, aircon and a private balcony. The second bedroom has a double bed with ample storage space and a separate bathroom. They required WhatsApp texts with no way of speaking to anyone on the phone. We reported a problem with a cooling apparatus which was leaking onto the floor and carpet. We were there for 8 days and the problem was never addressed. Despite booking an arrival time and confirming this when we landed in Cape Town the representative from Propr arrived 1 hour late after an exhausting flight from New York. The apartment was lovely and well situated close to all the action in Sea Point. There was no AC but we knew this going in. February is a very hot month in Cape Town and that why we needed the cooling machine. The Primary bedroom is on the second floor with a very narrow winding staircase for access. Also the bottoms of the drawers dropped out and despite reporting this it was never fixed. ##### Joel B. Sliding balcony doors not working properly and had to lock. One needed repair at check in as unable to lock. Load shedding painful. No back up. Safe code was not operational so was given safe key . Complimentary cleaning on 7th day not carried out and we were told we needed to book the cleaners but we weren’t told that at anytime. Main point is they definitely have to install ceiling fans or air conditioning. Extremely stuffy. Can’t leave balcony doors open as neighbours can easily access , so Is security risk.
