    Ideally positioned just a short walk to the V&A Waterfront, Cape Town
    Stadium, the popular Sea Point Promenade, and De Waterkant with its
    cobbled streets and colourful homes. Just a 10 -15 minute drive to
    Table Mountain and the world-famous beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay.
    The building features a communal pool terrace with amazing

    This apartment features stunning, contemporary design with an artistic
    finish. It offers a warm modern open-plan kitchen, dining area, and
    lounge which opens onto a spacious balcony. The kitchen is fully
    equipped, and the living area has everything you need to make your stay

Points forts : Propreté, arrivée et emplacement.
Points faibles : Communication, exactitude de l’annonce
Central position in Greenpoint. Very noisy as it’s located on the main road. Pool is not private to the apartment as stated on the advert. It’s located on the 6th floor whereas the apartment is on the 2nd floor. Misleading photographs and overall not as expected which was disappointing.
