Even though we only stayed for two nights, it was really worth it. Ray and Sanchia were super helpful with anything we asked for or requested, the view is even more awe inspiring when you see it compared to the photos. The room is very spacious with all the usual amenities, as well as a few snacks and drinks and house keeping every day; if you need it. Lots of things to do around and nice places to eat. The views of the surrounding mountains were breathtaking, especially at sunrise, which I could watch right from my window. It was a real treat waking up to such a serene setting! Overall, if you’re looking for a peaceful escape with a touch of elegance, 1 Mountain Road is perfect. Das Zimmer, die Lage, die Aussicht, das Frühstück und der Service waren exzellent. Wir konnten unseren Aufenthalt in vollsten Zügen geniessen und richtig entspannen. Es ist sowohl für kurze Aufenthalte, als auch für längere (wie in unserem Fall) hervorragend geeignet. Der Service ist nochmals besonders hervorzuheben, wir hatten jeden Tag ein extrem sauberes und aufgeräumtes Zimmer und auch das Frühstück war tagtäglich ein Genuss. Die Besitzer sind am Wohlergehen des Gastes sehr interessiert und haben bei jeder Kleinigkeit geholfen und viele Informationen zur Umgebung und für Aktivitäten in Kapstadt parat.
