Marlin House has 4,200 sq ft of living space incorporating many unique features as well the modern amenities needed to have a wonderful vacation. The house is located next door to the Emlen Physick Estate on historic Washington Street, convenient for all the main attractions in Cape May. The house has dual zone Central a/c, high speed internet and wi-fi, Roku/Sling enabled televisions in all bedrooms and family room. The house has been decorated and furnished to a high standard. There are six large bedrooms (two with King beds, three with Queens and one with four single beds), four full bathrooms, the living room can be converted to additional sleeping space with a comfortable Murphy Chest Queen bed. The first floor includes a spacious entrance hall, an attractive living room with gas fire and comfortable seating and a beautiful dining room with a table that can easily be extended to seat 14\. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with two ovens, dishwasher, microwave, French door refrigerator and breakfast bar. The kitchen flows into the family room where you can relax and play one of our many board games or adjourn to the sun room and have a drink or read a book whilst enjoying the views of the landscaped rear garden. The first floor also includes a full bathroom. There are two front porches to sit and watch the world go by on Washington Street. The second floor includes the extra large master bedroom with motorized standing desk, adjoining bathroom with walk in shower and Jacuzzi bath as well as walk in closet. Three further beautifully presented bedrooms, a full bathroom and separate laundry room provide ample space for large families or groups. The lower level includes a Queen bedroom, a larger bedroom with two singles and a trundle bed plus a full bathroom. There is ample parking for four cars plus a garage to store bikes/beach equipment and free street parking. The garage is equipped with a NEMA 14-50 socket for EV charging. The rear of the house provides privacy and a brick paved patio with grill and outdoor seating plus an enclosed outdoor hot/cold shower. The house is equipped with electronic locks – so no worries about losing keys. A beach box by Jefferson Street is included with the rental, 10 commercial beach tags are provided for guests use. One well behaved dog under 40lbs and over 2 years old will be considered.This property is pet friendly. Your dog must be approved prior to booking. If you are not bringing a dog, a pet fee will not apply.For rentals less than a week (7 nights) there will be a cleaning fee. If you are booking a week or more, this fee will not apply to you.This is a Pet Friendly Property. If you are not bringing a pet during your stay, you will not be responsible for Pet Rent. For online booking, your lease will be adjusted accordingly. Owner only allows a maximum of one dog. Dog must be over 2 years of age and under 40lbs. The luxurious master bedroom included a seating area with a computer desk, a walking closet, and a jacuzzi. Multiple living spaces- sunroom, family room, formal living room- and lower level bedrooms and bathroom offered ample comfort and privacy. Thoughtful amenities such as TVs in every room, games for family fun nights, and labeled essentials enhanced the stay. Excellent customer service from Coastline Realty! The owners paid meticulous attention to detail for the renters' convenience. Everything was thoughtfully labeled, from recycling instructions to essential information neatly displayed in a three-section frame. We were also touched by the thoughtful welcome gift of Cape May wine and local honey, a perfect introduction to the area's delights. We were not thrilled with the management company which was a little over the top with its lengthy contract and policies for a 3night stay. We chose to pay for linen service but did not expect to be given two huge bags of linens when we went to pick up the key. They also didn't provide for the whole house, just enough for 4 people which didn't correlate with the rooms we wanted to use. They dropped off the linens for the beds we wanted to use the next day. At the end of the vacation we had to return the linens to the management company as well at a designated time early in the morning. Our family has grown to 15 and the layout for this house worked for everyone. My granddaughters loved the fact they could all sleep in the same room and there was plenty of private space for all the adults. The kitchen had everything we needed and was very spacious. My grandchildren loved playing board games at the table in the family room and there was plenty of room for everyone to be all together. Everyone said this was the best holiday weekend we have had in Cape May in the past 5 years and highly recommend this property and look forward to booking it again. ##### Catherine S. It was the perfect size for our family. The backyard was very private for the grandkids to play and ride their little scooters. The outdoor grill was very nice. There are TVs in every room and games and puzzles available. We loved sitting on the front porch or in the yard. It is a mile to the beach. We drove everyday and found parking not a problem although it was metered. Loved having access to the beach locker. We bought beach badges for the week. There was a fair amount of traffic in front of the house as Washington Street is a busy road. ##### David B.
