We loved the porches and back patio area. It was walking distance to the beach, but some of us drove each day due to the baby equipment. We usually were able to park near the beach with little difficulty finding a spot. The owners were very helpful and responsive. We would definitely recommend this house. ##### karen h. Screened in porch was fabulous and the newly added fire pit to the patio was great! Convenient to nearby restaurants and easy walk to the Washington st Mall and beach. We were traveling with a Senior so first floor bedroom was a win. Would suggest adding a grab bar to the shower for added convenience. Owners were very responsive. It is very spacious, modern, and comfortable. They really thought of every detail, from smart TV's in every bedroom, to the lovely screened porch, grill, outside shower, kitchen stocked with plenty of dishes and cookware, beach box access, etc. Street parking is easy and the neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. Easy stroll into town or the beach, and a perfect base to explore Cape May Point and other places of interest by car. Hosts are very responsive and accommodating. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! ##### Patrick M.
