  • Villa Gabriella is a spacious waterfront, pool home with four bedrooms and four bathrooms! The home is located on a canal, in a quiet and well established neighborhood in Southwest Cape Coral.

    You will love the open floor plan and relaxing beach house style in our home. The sliding doors open up to a waterfront patio and saltwater pool. The lanai has an outside TV and outdoor bar with BBQ grill and mini fridge.

    The living room features a brand new 75" inch TV and luxurious movie theater style seating.

    The kitchen is equipped with top of the line appliances and island seating for six. In the garage you will find an extra fridge and ice machine. The formal dining room has seating for eight.

    Villa Gabriella is one of the few vacation homes in the area with 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms! The bedrooms are tastefully furnished, three of the rooms have king beds and the other has a queen. Every bedroom has a TV.

    The home is conveniently located in walking distance to several great restaurants. We are also located within a 2.3 mile drive to two different public parks with Pickle Ball Court access. We provide three bikes, beach chairs, and a cooler. The 30 foot dock offers boaters water access to the Gulf of Mexico. We provide our guests with free high speed wifi.

We traveled with 2 other couples to get out of the cold. This house was amazing. The pool and patio area were fantastic. Very peaceful even though we were only 2 blocks from main road. Communication with Ashley was first rate, she responded quickly with any questions we had. We enjoyed our stay so much that we have already booked again next year. Highly recommend.

Perfect Paradise

This house and property are beautiful. The owners have thought of every need and want. Pool toys, towels, and lounge chairs. Beach chairs, coolers, and an ice machine. A large outdoor grill, bar, and eating area next to the pool. A wide dock for fishing and sun sets mark the back of the property. I love this place and that is why we return each year.

The house was just as it was advertised. 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms-each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. The whole house and pool/patio was excellent for our needs. Family Spring Vacation

Our family of 7 really enjoyed staying at this beautiful, spacious, nicely appointed and very well stocked home. Our favorite part of the home was the outdoor patio/pool area with the bonus large screen TV along with the hightop bar and grill….it was a great way to enjoy watching the football games. Staying at this property was a wonderful experience and highly recommended. The owners communicate well and are very responsive to texts and emails. Upon arrival, I was very pleased that the actual house matched the pictures perfectly. The amenities were great incl. a very nice pool, fresh linens in every room, plenty of pool towels, nice appliances, washer & dryer, a built in grill and your very own ice machine. The home was clean and spacious w/contemporary styling. We had a group of 8 and there was plenty of room. There were TVs in all rooms with a solid lineup of channels. Overall, our experience was one that we will remember for years to come. I’m grateful we were able to make those memories at Villa Gabriella!!

Everything about it, AMAZING!

This was, by far, our favorite house we’ve stayed at yet! House was accommodating to all our needs, super clean, very spacious, beautiful pool and patio, etc! We just loved everything about it. Not only was the house amazing, but it’s 3 min from any grocery store or restaurant you need! But best of all, was Ashley! She was so kind and a phone call away if we ever needed her! A perfect vacation!

What a great home! You will have everything you need for a perfect stay! We chose this property because the outdoor living space was everything we knew we wanted to enjoy the weather and time with our family. It did not disappoint! Not only was the pool and outside perfect, the beds were comfortable, house incredibly clean and had every amenity you could need! Can’t wait to come back! Family Thanksgiving getaway

Villa Gabriella is a beautiful home. Home was exceptionally clean. Bedrooms were perfect for our group of 7. We enjoyed our Thanksgiving dinner out on the beautiful lanai, especially since we are from New York were it was cold. Pool was very clean and warm. Played Cornhole out on the deck by the beautiful canal. House was located centrally around all the fun things we did. I highly recommend. Thank you Ashley your home was very welcoming.

Best rainy week ever!

Although we happened to pick yhebone week of the year it decided to rain, this house gave us the opportunity to have the best time regardless of outside weather factors. The pool was amazing, perfect temperature at all times! The rooms were immaculate and far surpassed our expectations. This honestly is a place that felt just as if we were at home and a place we'd 100% come again! Owners were incredible and so kind. Cannot go wrong with this place. If you love to fish get some live shrimp from bait shop and hold on for the fight! Incredible fishing!
