Welcome to this sunny retreat! You and your guests will love this gulf access home on the canal. Centrally located in an ideal neighborhood, it is very close to shopping and restaurants. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and 1,800 square feet of space, this home sleeps 6 guests comfortably. You will enjoy the pool and views from the home.

Living up to it's name, from the moment you walk in the home you will love the views of the canal and tropical themed décor throughout. The living rooms hosts a couch set and large flat screen TV. You can stream your favorite shows on the TV or any of your devices with complimentary Wi-Fi. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and has all of the kitchen essentials to make delicious meals. There are also extra convenience items such as the Keurig, knife block and upgraded fridge. Besides the three barstools, there are two separate seating areas! By the entryway there is a formal dining table for 6 guests. Just off of the kitchen by the slider to the pool is a table for 4 where you can enjoy those beautiful canal views!.

This home features 3 bedrooms; a king master bedroom, and both guest rooms have queen beds. The king master bedroom has a TV as well as some beautiful furniture pieces such as the full length mirror, sitting chair and vanity. There is also a master bathroom ensuite with dual vanity sinks and mirrors. Both guest rooms have queen beds and will have your guests feeling extra comfortable, one of the guest rooms features a TV.

You will enjoy the beautiful sunshine in the back pool area with southern exposure. You and your guests will enjoy the solar heated pool and views from the canal. There is a table and chairs by the grill so you can enjoy delicious meals outside. There are plenty of loungers and chairs to soak up the Florida sun!

You can also tie a boat up to the sea wall as well.
