Fish or sight-see dolphins off of our new composite Dock. Two king beds and two twin beds. Relax in our Heated Pool and Spa. We have all the amenities you will need to go to our local Beaches. Our Villa is located a twenty minute drive to Ft Myers Beach and twenty five minutes to Sanibel Beach. Very quiet neighborhood with limited traffic on our street. Great restaurants and grocery stores within blocks for all your dining needs. We are only the 3rd owners of this mid century gem! We have maintained the retro integrity by incorporating period pieces into the design, with special attention paid to comfort while adding fun twists to the decor. The location was great and it made boating to nearby Sanibel and St James City a breeze. The only downsides were that the Florida room was not air conditioned (no big deal for us since we like the heat)and the exterior camera pointed at the pool, which for safety reasons I can kind of see...but it was not listed in the description and we weren't made aware of it until we had got the welcome email. This was the perfect house for our family vacation with 3 generations. The location of this house is unbeatable. The highlight of the whole trip was watching dolphins swim in the canal right past the dock!! There were so many fish and the kids were reeling them in left and right!! Location is great...in a nice quiet neighborhood, close to shopping, grocery, and the beach was just a short drive away! We also rented a boat from Boats and More Rentals (also highly recommend and closely located). They delivered the boat right to the dock for us. It was only minutes by boat to get to the gulf and we even took the boat right to Fort Meyers Beach. We cruised up and down the canals, which was so fun to see all the houses and at the end of the day it was so convenient to be able to park it right in the boat lift at the house. Overall, the house had something for all ages and more than enough room for all of us. The home was clean and well kept and the beds were so comfortable and all bedding/linens were very high-end! We hung out in the kitchen a lot, 4 adults cooking and having a good time. The kitchen is so spacious and well-equipped! The kids were able to have their own "space" in the separate den area. We ended up spending more time at the house than we had originally anticipated because the kids were having so much fun in the pool, fishing on the dock, etc. Not to mention the view down the canal is breath-taking. We started almost every day on the dock watching the sunrise while drinking our coffee and ended with drinks in the hot tub. Kevin and Sheila were so easy to deal with and easy to reach from the time we booked all the way through our stay. I can't say enough good things about this property. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone I know and we are already lining up our stay for next year!! This house truly made our vacation unforgettable. ##### Cassie G. It was spacious and included everything we needed....including beach chairs and towels, a cooler, 2 bikes and 2 kayaks. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were very friendly. We also have a boat and this house was perfect for us as it has a lovely boat dock with lift! This house is amazing, we were so happy with the cleanliness of the home. We loved being able to go fishing and swimming everyday. The house is decorated straight out of the 70’s which was so fun.
