The property was very comfortable and perfectly sized for our needs. While at the house we spent most of our time outdoors either in the pool or relaxing on the lanai. Location is perfect for all things Cape Coral. We also spent time at Lover’s Key State Park, fishing in Matlacha, and finding dolphins and a manatee with Banana Bay tours in Cape Coral. Joe was incredible to work with as we had some crazy travel issues with cancelled flights and he was super friendly, understanding, and helpful through everything. House is very nice, clean, and wonderful to stay in. We hope to come back to this house next year for our next trip. Everything you need for groceries, gas, etc. is all nearby. We love beaches that are not super crowded and all the places we loved were all 45-60 minutes away depending on traffic(we prefer Lover's Key State Park so that is why drive is longer). Everything was wonderful once we got to Florida and Joe made sure we were in good shape through it all. Great house, great owner, and great place to get away. ##### Aaron M.
