Pleasant surroundings and good pool options. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. We were disappointed with the location of our room above restaurant which lead to a 6.30 wake up call and noise travel until 11pm despite enquiring prior to check in for a quiet room (for elderly traveler), seeking assurance upon check-in and mentioning it on check-in feedback. Avoid block 2, floor 1 close to restaurant otherwise lovely stay.

Great hotel with an amazing park and nice pools. Staff was super attentive and very nice, breakfast had enough variety and food at the pool bar was tasty and reasonably priced. Only two minor things that are not quite up to par for a 5 star hotel - the coffee quality at breakfast was awful and the opening hours of the pool are too short (11am - 7pm).

Lovely property and helpful staff. Food was a bit low quality for 5 stars, especially the hot food at breakfast time. Very little in the way of amenities in the room - no kettle and you had to pay for extra coffee pods. Beautiful spa area.

Great art deco Hotel, it is an oasis with its many huge trees providing shade and enough space and many different spots to discover. Great service staff and customer service. Unfortunately at dinner you need to pay extra for water.

Very enjoyable 2 week stay on half board basis as a family of 5. Comfortable and clean room, friendly and attentive staff, impressive dining options, lovely garden setting close to all amenities, no issues with parking. Special mention to Claire at the kids pool who kept our children entertained with lots of fun activities (arts and crafts, pool games, music sing-a-long with live piano and guitar etc). Would highly recommend and will probably return.

Quick two night to enjoy a different part of the the island. It's a slightly dated and quirky hotel with friendly staff and great breakfasts. The gardens are a good feature but could use a bit of attention. The pools are not big but are pleasant, though can be crowded around. The spa is good but the pool isn't for swimming. All told, a lovely stay. Room was very good.

Beautiful grounds, very peaceful and relaxing. Hotel spotless with lots of really wonderful corners to take yourself off to read. You can always find a quiet spot to relax. Food was amazing and each night featured food from a different region of the world. Staff were very friendly, helpful and kind. If you need to recharge your batteries this is the place to go!

overall a good stay - poor spa

stay was excellent on the whole but very disappointed with the spa. The therapists didn't seem to enjoy their job and the treatments were average at best and the spa pools were cold as was the sauna and steam room

Schöne Hotel Lage mit vielen Pflanzen. Armaturen im Bad sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und sollten erneuert werden. Essen sehr gut. Personal super freundlich. Für Kinder in Ordnung. Aber das Hotel ist eher für Erwachsene. Nur ein Kinderpool. Bei den anderen Pools sind Kinder okay aber nicht zum toben.

Die Gartenanlage ist wunderschön. Die Pools nicht riesig, aber es gab immer genügend Liegen. Das Essen ist die meiste Zeit überragend (das Galadinner war besonders toll) und das Personal ausnahmslos supernett und hilfsbereit. Fast immer gab es zum Essen einen Tisch auf einer der Terrassen. Unser Zimmer war schön und insgesamt haben wir uns mehr als wohl gefühlt. Es war ein wunderbarer Urlaub.

Meines Erachtens ist dieses Hotel keine 5 Sterne wert. Besonders enttäuschend war der Service zur Mittagszeit. Das Essen war nicht überzeugend, die Wartezeiten waren sehr lang und selbst die Bezahlung hat unnötig viel Zeit in Anspruch genommen. Für den Preis und * Klasse hätte ich deutlich mehr erwartet bzw. kenne ich. In diesem Ort gibt es meiner Meinung nach bessere Hotels mit einem besseren Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
