- 1 comfortable bedroom with soothing decor and high-quality bedding, opening onto the balcony (1 double bed and closet)
- 1 bathroom with a sink, shower, and a towel warmer

- 1 secure underground parking space with an adjoining storage room for bikes, golf equipment, surfboards, or bodyboards...

Just a stone’s throw from the historic heart of Capbreton, the pedestrian street offers a lively shopping scene featuring textiles, home decor, and local products, as well as a variety of summer events and a must-see destination for its cultural heritage. Half-timbered houses with medieval facades, the Maison de l’Oralité et du Patrimoine located in the middle of the street, and the Maison du Rey—where the future King of Navarre once stayed—at the other end, all stand as testaments to this rich past.

Numerous transportation options are available to help you get around during your vacation in Capbreton. Bus networks, taxis, and ride-hailing services offer an efficient and convenient way to get around for a car-free vacation.

An inventory check will be conducted upon checkout.
The tenant is responsible for end-of-stay cleaning. All cleaning supplies are provided in the rental.
A security deposit of 100 euros to cover breakage, linens, and cleaning will be required upon check-in and will be refunded if the property is returned clean upon check-out.
Please keep noise to a minimum after 10 p.m.
