Come enjoy the Appart Studio Grand Large, a peaceful haven with views of the Atlantic, perfect for a relaxing holiday in Capbreton. This charming 25 m² studio accommodates up to 4 people and includes a living/sleeping area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. You will also find modern amenities such as high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, a washing machine, and a dryer. Please note that the apartment does not have air conditioning, but it does benefit from an elevator in the building for added comfort.  
  
Outside, enjoy your own private balcony to relax in the evening while admiring the stunning ocean view.
