"Good central area for Pisa, Florence and other small scenic towns, but definitely recommend a car for getting around. Beautiful, cozy stay and very accommodating owners."

"Lovely property, beautifully furnished in an elegant style. Nice bar around the corner open till late, but needed to go into the city to find somewhere to eat
Our only issue was the advertised pool was not open, though clearly had been
When we asked about it the owner said no
We went down to the pool area to sit out and he was there covering it up so clearly had been open"

"Such a beautiful property and host. The building is spectacular and romantic.
The garden breakfast setting is peaceful. Guilietta was incredibly helpful.
Would love to return one day.
Highly recommend if you’re in to romantic historic buildings and exceptional hosts."

"The owners were really accommodating, we had early starts everyday and they made sure we had breakfast available before we left. The property is very clean and tidy, and the pool area was nice and quiet. As a family of four we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this BnB if you are visiting Tuscany"

"Amazing location for station and airport. Very basic inside and shaded bathroom. However, very clean , air-conditioning and excellent communication from staff ( on WhatsApp)
Paper thin walls can be very noisy"

"Very nice installation well maintained and clean. Rooms have good size. A must visit the bakey recommended by hotel.
The self check-in is easy however you must contact in advance as there's no reception staff. The pool/resto is in front and very nice.
Only point is some information on web page is not accurate as washer/dryer has a fee and the use of pool installation is free access but use of chair can have a charge."

"Loved staying on the country side. It was easy access through bus and trains going to different cities through out Toscany.
We loved and hopefully many more to come"

"Lovely stay! The breakfast was really nice, the room was basic but clean and had a huge bed which was a treat. The shower was warm, but the water pressure was pretty rubbish. Worth bearing in mind if you have long hair you are hoping to wash! Otherwise, the staff were excellent and being able to enjoy some drinks on the rooftop bar so close to the tower was genuinely such a highlight. Well worth a stay!"
"Room was clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good but there are no hot items. However the juices were amazing. The continental breakfast type had a good variety of cold meats and cheeses, pastries, cereal, and fruit. Lots of condiments. Service was great. Not a coffee drinker so I can’t evaluate this, but there was a machine that I saw the workers making coffee for guests.
The things I wasn’t crazy about was a firm bed and pillows. In addition, the tv reception was bad for some channels. The shower stall is small and the room is small for a solo person. Clean is the most important for me so I was happy for that.
The location was great for the train and buses. Easy to get to the Leaning Tower. Unfortunately, you are near the train station so there are not so friendly people around the neighborhood. However there is a police presence at the station and no one asked me for anything or approached me during the day. Thought it was best to stay home indoors at night being a solo traveler. Overall, it was good and I would stay there again until I have any problems with hotel or neighborhood."
"The room was fair, just as shown in the images, but nothing that takes your breath away. There was some dust in nooks and crannies.
You get what you pay for. No additional toiletries, no slippers nor robes. However they provide all the necessary kitchen supplies and a hairdryer."
"Lovely place. Rooms are a nice nice. We stayed in a junior suite. Pool was lovely and the view from it was incredible. Ball games etc not allowed in the pool and the pool area bar didn’t open until about 5/6pm. This is not a criticism as it created a quiet and relaxed vibe which was fitting of the view and location, but worth noting. Breakfast was nice, we would have preferred a little more choice, but no complaints, they hosted a pizza night on one of our stays, the pizza was ok, we would have preferred to have the Tuscan dinner another night but didn’t work with our plans,
All in all a lovely stay, would happily return."
"This is the fourth time we have stayed overnight before an early morning flight.
The staff were brilliant, the hotel very family friendly which was great for my 7 year old grand daughter, and was very comfortable.
We will certainly be back."
"Lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. We arrived late (after midnight) due to a flight delay and the night shift member of staff was fantastic when we arrived tired and hungry. Thanks"
