Surfside Hotel and Suites

"While we had a couple issues, noisy toilet and one dirty towel- staff was friendly, prompt and responsive. Amenities were generous, breakfast is basic but good (as to be expected as advertised, continental) and the staff are warm, friendly and helpful. The hotel is so conveniently located abutting both Commercial and Bradford streets, and always with ample bike, e-bike and e-scooter options if you want to get downtown quickly and don't feel like walking. Loved having the pool and the gas fire pit (yay for no smoke-- w/us being asthmatic) to sit at in evenings with other guests. Will DEFINITELY return and hope to try one of the beachfront rooms next time. this may not bother everyone (and is common in many hotels), but the pillows were pretty meager/thin- thankfully I brought my own, and I suggest you doing so too if you are picky!"

"We love this hotel. We came to the cape every 1-2 years and we always stay at this hotel. The staff is friendly, you can’t beat the location, the pool and spa is great. The rooms are perfect! Our room was missing a screen door for the slider so we weren’t able to keep the sliding door open as often as we would have hoped but it was still a great time!"
Admiralty Inn & Suites - a Red Collection Hotel

"The hotel is a bit dated but overall a nice and quiet stay. Second bedroom at the top of the spiral staircase was a nice treat! Very close to the ferry which was great!"

"Excellent location! You’re right on the beach and right next to West Dennis beach for long walks. Lots of activities available for kids & adults. Enjoyed the Meridian Restaurant. Ate there multiple times and both my husband and I had a very good meal every time. I marveled at the amount of help they have to make things run smoothly. Based on some of the reviews I had read, this apparently had been problematic initially but certainly isn’t the case now. All staff were delightful to deal with."

"everything was great. The beach is beautiful. The room was beautiful all the amenities and everybody was so friendly and nice. I had read some of the reviews that were a little negative, but I thought it was Fabulous"
