Located on the first floor of a residence with a shared pool, just 400 m from the beach, it features a bright open-plan layout with clearly divided living and sleeping areas. The living area includes a kitchenette, dining table, and balcony access, while the sleeping area has two double sofa beds. The apartment also offers a hallway with storage, a windowed bathroom with shower, elevator, A/C, washing machine, mosquito nets, and a parking space included.
