Studio on the 3rd floor of a building with a lift and shared swimming pool, only 310mt from the beach. It can host up to four guests. It consists of an open plan kitchen, a double sofa bed, a dining table, a separate space with a double bed, a full bathroom with shower (curtains), and a balcony. One uncovered parking spot is included.*No pets allowed. A/C is available at an additional cost (check below).°Swimming pools are open seasonally (mid June/early September): exact dates may vary due to weather or maintenance.°Photos are generic and representative of the accommodation type (furniture, décor and colors may vary)
