Allison, the manager, was amazing as was the other check in staff. We had to switch rooms due to no fault of the hotel and the staff accommodated us with a smile on their faces. The continental breakfast was great. Overall wonderful stay.

Great job, few suggestions...
Front desk staff was very professional. Don't use popcorn setting to make microwave popcorn in the room!! It will BURN!! Many hotels have started to offer turkey meat products at breakfast. That would be great for those of us who don't eat pork. Very clean breakfast area. Loved coffee /tea bar in the evening.

Slipped and fell in the parking lot on black ice - no salt or sand was put down … otherwise nice hotel and check-in was a pleasure.
