The world heritage site of Canterbury is 6 miles away. London is 55 mins away by high speed train from Canterbury. The house is approached via electric gates and there is parking for up to four cars. The house is arranged on two floors with large reception rooms and chefs kitchen on the ground floor, consisting of, impressive entrance hall which leads into a dining hall with a table which seats 10\. There is a large sitting area, separate Entertainment room and study. Downstairs Guest WC. Upstairs there is a large landing, part of the old ballroom from former days. There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms, two en-suite. All the bedrooms have queen sized beds.
