CANET SUD - SEA VIEW, COPACABANA - Classified furnished 3\*  
  
Superb modern 2-room apartment + sleeping area, sleeps 5 on the 3rd floor of a secure residence with elevator and swimming pool (open from April to September).  
Entrance serving a bathroom with Italian shower, separate toilet, living room (140x190cm sofa bed, TV), open equipped kitchen (fridge, washing machine, microwave, Senseo coffee maker), bedroom (140x190cm bed), and an additional sleeping area with 90x190cm bed and storage.  
Finally, to enjoy your meals, you will appreciate its pretty terrace with sea view.  
No WIFI in the accommodation but the residence offers it at an additional cost (subject to quality)  
  
COMMON SWIMMING POOL: open from mid-April to the end of September, subject to the prefectural drought order  
  
Ideally located close to all amenities (shops about 50m away).  
Privileged location, secure private parking space.  
Pets not allowed.  
  
PLEASE NOTE: private parking unavailable from October to the end of March for work on the car parks! Easy and free street parking
