Perfect for a family or friends’ getaway, it features a fully equipped modern kitchen (fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, and extractor hood) to prepare your meals with ease.  
  
The spacious and bright living room invites relaxation, with a large dining table for 6, a convertible sofa, a television, and air conditioning for optimal comfort. The contemporary bathroom, with an Italian shower, and separate toilets add a touch of practicality.  
  
The house includes 3 double bedrooms, each with a television.   
One of them has an en-suite shower for added comfort and privacy. Air-conditioned!  
  
Outside, enjoy two beautiful terraces: a courtyard in the front and a large terrace at the back, equipped with a sunshade and a garden lounge for relaxing moments under the sun. Plancha available!  
  
Canet-en-Roussillon is a lively seaside resort, perfect for sea lovers and outdoor activities, with its beaches, restaurants, and various activities for the whole family.
