Nice and Cozy Downtown Studio in Groundfloor

One-bedroom studio on the ground floor with a queen size bed, has a refrigerator, microwave, kitchenette with a one-burner electric stove, and a full bathroom. It has internet service, air conditioning and smart tv. It has a garden with a lot of vegetation, fruit trees and an orchard with herbs and spices to which guests have access to prepare their food. It also has a terrace with an outdoor room ideal for enjoying the outdoors and relaxing.

The common areas are shared with 5 more studios, the property has security cameras in the common areas, it is simply for security and does not invade the privacy of the guests.

We will ask for an online check-in, that includes uploading valid IDs for each guest and signing your reservation information and rules. Our check-in times are from 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm. If you arrive before of after please let us know and subject to availability we can arrange your arrival.

Room cleaning is done before check-in and after check-out. We do not provide cleaning services during your stay nor change of linens/towels.

HOUSE RULES

- The reservation is strictly for registered guests only. Visits, additional guests, or pets are not allowed.
- No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed.
- Check-in and check-out times must be respected unless previously authorized.
- Please respect quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM.
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
- Smoking and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside the property.
- Please turn off lights and air conditioning when not in use.
- Please do not use towels to remove makeup, sunscreen, or bronzer, as they can cause permanent stains.
- The plumbing system does not support toilet paper or any foreign objects. To avoid blockages and environmental contamination, please dispose of these items in the trash bin provided.
- Please do not leave garbage in common areas or outside the property. If you are unsure where to dispose of trash, feel free to ask us.

⚠️ IMPORTANT

- Valid IDs are required from all guests in order to grant access to the property.
- Your privacy is fully respected. However, in the event of a force majeure situation (such as flooding, leaks, fire, or emergencies), management may need to access the property. You will be notified in advance whenever possible.
- Failure to comply with house rules may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
