For added flexibility, the living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed that can be used as a second double sleeping space, making it ideal for two couples or a family wishing to enjoy separate sleeping arrangements. A modern bathroom completes the property and provides all the comfort needed for a pleasant stay with family or friends.

Outside, you will enjoy a pleasant private terrace of approximately 20 m² facing south, ideal for outdoor dining or relaxing after a walk along the coast.
