« Parking was a breeze, check-in a little long because of the timeshare thing. They try to push you into the timeshare meetings but we made it clear we had no interest and it was fine they let us go. Room was very nice with one the most confortable bed and pillow ever. Walking distance to everything was a plus. Pool/spa area was okay not too crowded at the end of a long day of hiking. It is missing a EV car charger for hotel guests. We had a nice winter weekend thank you! »

« Many of the aspects about this property were good, as expected. The location was perfect, near restaurants, and convenient to the venue at which we attended a concert. The unit was very clean, also, and quiet, which we were looking for. Because this was our first VRBO stay, we did not know entirely what to expect. We would have appreciated a little more communication regarding accessing the unit, and/or someone on site to welcome us and be available to answer questions. We also were not thrilled...

« We arrived to a clean, tidy and well appointed unit with an excellent view. The full kitchen is great for staying in, and the location near Meredith and Laconia gives plenty of dining options nearby »

« I woudo have given this property a 5 star rating except for some key factors. We arrived in the dark and the light in the hallway did not work, therefore we entered into a dark apt. There was a step down into the living room. 2 out of the 4 adults stumbled- 1 fell- almost landing into the stone hearth. A very dangerous situation. The balcony was lovely, but there were no chairs outside to sit and enjoy it. There was also not enough reading light options. Finally, it was very difficult to...
