You will be able to breathe the peace in the exterior area of this property thanks to the stunning views that you can admire while sunbathing on one of the 5 sun loungers. Then, you can enjoy either a good reading or a cool swimming in the chlorine pool. The porch is equipped with a barbecue. The house comprises two levels. The house is located on a plot of about 13.000.Sqm and around the typical Majorcan field. Sep 17, 2021 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location #### Wer Ruhe sucht.... ....wird nur teilweise zufrieden sein, dazu aber gleich mehr. Der Empfang der Vermieter (Margaritha und Sebastian) war sehr Herzlich, leider hat es mit der Kommunikation nicht ganz so geklappt, aber Google macht auch hier mit dem Translator gute Arbeit. Die Finca ist für 4 Personen perfekt, die Wohnräume befinden sich im ersten Stock. Die Küche bietet alles was so eine Küche haben muss, im größeren Schlafzimmer gibt es einen kleinen Fernseher, ein weiterer befindet sich im Wohnzimmer, aber wer will im Urlaub schon Fernsehen... Ein Badezimmer für das größere Schlafzimmer befindet sich neben dem Wohnzimmer, für die Gäste des 2\. Schlafzimmers, welches um einiges kleiner ist, gibt es ein Bad en Suite. In beiden Schlafzimmer sollten die Matratzen schnellstmöglich getauscht werden, bereits in der ersten Nacht hat man Bekanntschaft mit jeder Sprungfeder gemacht. Im vorderen Bereich gibt es eine Dachterrasse oberhalb der Garage, welche zum frühstücken perfekt ist. Im hinteren Bereich der Wohnung befindet sich eine weitere Dachterrasse und von dort kommt man auf noch eine Terrasse, von hier oben hat man einen 360° Rundumblick. Im Außenbereich befindet sich der große, sehr saubere Pool. Wird täglich morgens gereinigt. Das Grillhaus hat einen gr0ßen Esstisch, großen Grill, Spülbecken und einen zusätzlichen Kühlschrank. Hier lassen sich Getränke, Grillfleisch und weiteres super lagern. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt. Zur Nachtruhe: Die Strasse ist nicht weit entfernt, stört aber kaum. Der Hofhahn der Besitzer kennt anscheinend Tag und Nacht nicht! Leider fing er regelmäßig ab etwa 2 Uhr nachts an zu krähen. Naja........ Und was leider auch ein Minuspunkt ist, in der Beschreibung der Finca taucht zwar auf dass es Klimaanlage gibt, aber dass man dafür jeden Tag (bei Benutzung) zusätzlich 10 Euro bezahlen muss, steht leider nicht dabei!! Alles in allem war die Finca und der Aufenthalt dort sehr angenehm. Es gab nur zwei Kleinigkeiten die so nicht in der Beschreibung standen. Für die Klimaanlage muss (wenn man sie nutzt) täglich eine Gebühr von ca. 10€ gezahlt werden. Außerdem war nicht beschrieben, dass die Vermieter der Finca, ein älteres Ehepaar, mit in dem Haus wohnen und einem beim Check in durch die Räume führen. Das ist auch alles kein Problem außer das die Beiden nur Spanisch sprechen und verstehen. Da wird eine gute Verständigung schon schwieriger und man muss sich mit Händen und Füßen verständigen. Dann sei nur noch gesagt, dass es ab und an Ausfälle des W-LAN gibt aber dafür entschädigen der große Pool und die fantastische Aussicht von der Dachterrasse. ##### Sebastian L.
