Aug 17, 2018 #### A great place to enjoy family holidays! We visited this property in July with family and friends and were very satisfied. This is a lovely villa in the countryside ideal for visitors who like a quiet stay and don't mind a 15 minutes drive to the beach. It sleeps up to 16 people (not easy to find) and it's best feature is the swimming pool area with deep shade on one side, for those hot Mallorcan afternoons. Es Trenc and Colonia St Jordi are a 15 minutes drive, the location is also great for bicycling around as it's mostly flat, as one of our friends did on a daily basis. The pool itself is great, maintained by the owner regularly, there's a bbq, a good kitchen and the shops are 5 minutes away by car. The bedrooms are a bit on the old side but furnished with big fans which helps sleep at night. Wi fi wasn't the best but the owner was very helpful and available on hand for any issues. The owner's cordiality is indeed one of the things that made our stay here very pleasant and relaxed. Feb 26, 2019 #### Great place for a family holiday The property was ideal for our party of 11, which consisted of 2 senior citizens, 4 adults and 5 young people aged from 11 to 17\. The pool was large and clean, though obviously cold in February, but 8 of the party tried it out! It was warm enough to sit on the sun loungers for a while. The property was very clean throughout, spacious and comfortable. It was up a short track from the main road, so was quiet, but was convenient for easy travel by car. Toni was an excellent host. He was very approachable and helpful and replied quickly to any queries. When the water pressure dropped, he contacted plumbers immediately who came out within the hour to rectify the problem. He was also very helpful to us in solving a problem we had with our return boarding cards. We would be very happy to return to this property. We had a great family holiday going to beautiful beaches, climbing mountains and doing other walking, including part of the Torrent de Pareis. The only criticism I would make is that whilst there are plenty of enormous wine glasses and other glasses, there were only very small cups and 3 mugs if you wanted a decent-sized cup of tea!!
