« Je déconseille de louer l'appartement Smartflats. Ce fut une horrible prestation l'appartement était insalubre . Papier peint déchiré , canapé cassé et sale . Pas de chauffage il faisait 11 degrés dans l 'appatement. Le lit etait salle . La cuisine et la salle de bain étaient sales. La vaisselle etait sale dans le lave vaisselle. Lumière très sombre on y voyait a peine dans l' appartement. Je déconseille cette location. »

Im Wohnzimmer fehlt eine Sichtblende a den Fenstern bzw. ein zusätzlicher Vorhang wie im Schlafzimmer als Sonnenschutz. Bedsheets and bath towels were extra (had to make our own beds), we had to go out to buy toilet paper and dish detergent, stove was difficult to make it work, there was too much noise from other guests.
