Excelente Chácara Familiar

Que pena que só tem 05 estrelas, pois valem 10. A casa super aconchegante, com acomodações para todos, fomos em 28 pessoas. Um espaço de lazer excelente, uma sauna maravilhosa, a piscina aquecida então nem se fala. O dono Thomaz mora ao lado,bastante solicito e prestativo. Foi servida refeições pelo mesmo, uma comida deliciosa. Com certeza retornaremos todos os anos. Obg pela hospitalidade

Passamos um final de semana muuito gostoso nesse lugar. Calmo, sem barulho, piscina quentinha, churrasqueira muito boa. Adoramos o Thomaz, a estrutura do local e tudo mais. Voltaremos! Piracicaba nos aguarde!

Conheci o imóvel através de pesquisas no site/aplicativo Alugue Temporada. Avalie de acordo com os comentários dos usuários e confiei. Adoramos a estadia, o proprietário Thomaz é muito cortez, educado e prestativo. Mora ao lado da chacara, mas não incomoda em nada, pelo contrário, está sempre a postos para contribuir com a excelente estadia. A chacara é muito bem cuidada, limpa, bem equipada. Excelente opção para quem quer passar um final de semana/feriado com familiares e amigos, fazendo chuva ou sol. Piscina aquecida e sauna são diferenciais da casa. Resumindo: Aprovadíssimo!

Excelente, muitas opções de entreterimento, com tudo funcionando e proprietário atencioso!!!

A chácara é excelente. Quadra de vôlei, campo de futebol com grama bem cortada e bem cuidada, piscina aquecida limpa todos os dias com água cristalina e tratamento por ozônio, com pouquíssimo cloro, sauna pequena e confortável, mesa de sinuca, churrasqueira, wi-fi, tv a cabo, sinal de celular, ótima localização, vista maravilhosa da cidade de Piracicaba... Tudo muito limpo e organizado!!! A áreas coberta com a churrasqueira é muito boa, com freezer, geladeira, pias, área para preparação de bebidas. Banheiros bons com chuveiros simples, mas em ótimo funcionamento. Ar condicionado em uma das suítes e com informação do proprietário que pretende instalar nos demais dormitórios. 02 banheiros externos que permitem o uso de quem está na área externa sem transitar pela casa. O proprietário mora próximo e dá todo a assistência por meio de contatos pelo Whatsapp. Também dá suporte para quem necessita comprar bebidas, contratar churrasqueiro entre outros. Menção especial ao Paulo, churrasqueiro e amigo do Thomaz proprietário que fez um excelente trabalho com as carnes e o carvão. Recomendo a todos, principalmente aos que são de fora de Piracicaba, seja pela vista e proximidade da cidade ou pela garantia de poderem locar sem uma visita antecipada, muitas vezes impossível de ser feita, pois com certeza encontrarão uma excelente chácara, com diversos recursos e tudo muito limpo, organizado e com a atenção do proprietário.
