Não é aceitavel um hotel de 4 estrelas, possuir enxoval dessa qualidade! - O pior ponto, já de há muito tempo: O restaurante e o café da manhã; alimentos da pior qualidade, garçons sem instrução de como tratar e atender o hóspede, alimentos preparados conforme solicitação, não são atentidos, pois, segundo o maitre, não tem mão de obra para preparar. Alem disso, falta pratos, talheres, reposição de alimentos, e por aí vai. Já fiz varias reclamações, e nunca fui atentido! Enfim, não voltarei mais lá. "
