Be warned, however, that the condo owners association is predatory and unreasonable. I was charged 1000 due to being in the pool after hours and having a floatation device. No property was damaged and no people were hurt, yet my account was debited an arbitrary amount of 1000 for those minor infractions. Information was provided in a timely fashion and was clear and concise. It included exactly what was provided. Communication with the property manager was easy and he always responded promptly. The condo is beautiful and just as described. It was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 4 children! The kitchen is very well stocked. The family room/dining room are very spacious with plenty of seating. We especially loved the screened in porch with a gorgeous view of the lake. The whole complex is beautiful and well groomed.
