Villa Terrazza was built by a famous Italian architect for himself as a summer house in Versilia. It has a panoramic view of the sea, cities Viareggio & La Spezia as well as the Apuan Alps and is located in beautiful nature - on the first hill above the sea in a very peaceful setting. It is surrounded by our private 50 000 m² flower and olive tree garden - a bottle of our olive oil will be waiting for you upon arrival.

The villa has a private road access and parking. The nearest village is 0,5 km far (easily reached by foot). The sea and sandy beaches (private or public) are only 4 km far.

Villa Terrazza has a private spacious south-western terrace with a panoramic view of the sea and Apuan Alps. The terrace has a large marble dining table and barbecue hidden under a blooming pergola, where you can enjoy everyday sunsets with exceptional views over the olive trees.

After recent renovations, Villa Terrazza has all the latest comforts such as air-conditioning controlled individually in each room, strong wifi, built-in safe, security alarm system and satellite TV. The living room and two bedrooms have direct access to the main terrace and garden. On half level is the kitchen, bathroom and third bedroom with second bathroom and small outdoor patio.

In 2022 the villa will have a newly built separate kids playing room (15 sqm) full of toys and entertainment for kids from young age.

The villa also offers an outdoor gym and a large professional trampoline for up to 130 kg.

The area is perfect for biking and running as there are many pathways through the olive gardens and mountains. We can recommend you some great spots.

The villa is cleaned with ecological products, as sustainability is at the core of everything we do. We also ensure absolute cleanliness for each guest - of property and of laundry.

Above Villa Terrazza is a newly renovated (in 2022) large salt-water mosaic pool (12x4m) with an all around glamorous view. The water contains no chemicals and is daily cleaned and checked. The entrance from the villa to the pool is private. The pool is shared with two other villas (each for max. 4 guests). The garden area that surrounds the pool is large and there are enough sunbeds.

Location: The villa is in a very central position. The area is worldwide famous for its art, history, delicious food and wines and the beautiful beaches of Versilia. You are between sea resorts (Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi), the Apuan Alps and many historical cities like Lucca, Pisa (the famous tower), Pietrasanta (meeting place of famous sculptors) or Carrara with its white marble quarries. In a day trip you can easily reach other famous destinations like Florence, Siena, San Gemignano or Portovenere and the 5 Terre in Liguria. For the romantics there are the small medieval villages in the mountains to discover!
