Located in Calviac-en-Périgord, this 27 m² holiday home accommodates up to 2 guests with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. You have a fully equipped private kitchen and a TV (connectable via your mobile only). For families, a baby bed and high chair are available for rent on request, as well as shared toys and books.
Air conditioning is available for an extra fee.
Enjoy your private, uncovered terrace, garden, and private barbecue—perfect for outdoor meals. The shared garden features a heated outdoor pool for relaxation. Active guests will enjoy the shared playground, ping-pong table, billiards, and sports equipment.
Pets are welcome (except category 1 dogs), kept on a leash on site. Parties are not allowed. Shared parking on site allows one car per unit. Self check-in is available. Laundry access is available for an extra fee.
You can rent mountain bikes on site for half or full days. Air conditioning is available for an extra fee. Pool privatization is possible on request. Charcoal for the barbecue is not provided.
