### VILLA BERRY - Villa with private pool in Santa Ponça. Free WiFi

Located in Santa Ponsa, in the south-east of Mallorca, this spectacular villa offers a private pool and space for 4 people.   
The private salt pool, measuring 8m x 4m and with a depth of 1.3m to 2.5m, is surrounded by a terrace with five sun loungers, where you can make the most of the good weather. On the first floor, a spacious terrace invites you to dream in a Caribbean hammock, perhaps accompanied by a cocktail. It is furnished so that you can dine outdoors with your family. The building is completely private and is located in the village.  
  
The bright living room has a satellite TV and fireplace, where you can spend some nice evenings with your family.The well equipped Kitchen has vitro ceramic and there is a washing machine, an iron and ironing board as well.There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds, both equipped with ceiling fans and closets. In case you need it, we can provide you a cot and highchair. The house has two bathrooms, one with a bath and the other with a shower. An air conditioning is installed in the hallway between the rooms. Apart from this, there are four fans. If you are visiting us in the winter we can provide four electric radiators.  
  
You can find the beach of Santa Ponça at half a kilometre distance with fine sand. In the village you can find all the necessary facilities for an independent stay, supermarkets, bars, nightclubs and some good restaurants. If you like golf, there are two very good golf courses not far away,in Santa Ponsa and in Poniente. By car you can explore wonderful beaches, like Cala Fornells, Camp de Mar and the little cove of Sant Elm. From Sant Elm you can make a boat trip to the island of Dragonera, it used to be a military base, but today it is a protected natural area. In the island's capital, Palma de Mallorca, you can make a cultural visit and see the famous Cathedral named La Seu, the castle of Bellver with his panoramic views over the bay of Palma and as well of the the picturesque old town.  
  
 Note: This accommodation is intended for families and guests over 30 years old who are looking for a peaceful stay. Bookings for parties or celebrations are not accepted. A copy of the identification document of all guests will be required to confirm the reservation.

This place is great and a short walk to town and beaches. The host is awesome, we used g translate all to communicate but she was very friendly, kind, and gave us recommendations on things to do. Would definitely stay here again. We had the pool to ourselves and was super refreshing in the summer hear.

#### Really relaxing holiday in a beautiful property.

We have been to Santa Ponsa several times, first time in a villa. Best of both worlds. Near enough to everything but private pool was great. Property nice and clean. Had everything we needed. Could have done with air con in bedrooms but it was an incredibly hot week. Would love to go back sometime.

#### Awesome; totally relaxing

Awesome; totally relaxing; can't wait to go back! Villa was all we anticipated and more. The owner, Kathy, met us and instantly made us feel at home. Spacious, clean and well equipped. For adults, no more than a quick 10/15 min walk to the main beach/promenade where there are many restaurants. The large supermarket was a 5min drive but there is a local “supermercado” at the bottom of the hill. Definitely one we will revisit.

What a great place. We had the whole building to ourselves and we’re luck to not have to share the pool. All of the expected facilities were available however having air con would have helped as the main room got very hot at night. The pool was lovely and our toddler loved it. The only down side was the walk back from town up quite a steep hill, which when pushing a buggy was hard work. It would also have helped had the electricity costs been included in the price of the stay as the add on at the end was much higher than expected given we were at the apartment infrequently and didn’t use much in the way of appliances. Overall, a great stay and we’d recommend for a family holiday.

#### Tolle Lage, gutes Objekt

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, sehr ruhige dennoch günstigen Lage hat da definitiv geholfen. Die Wohnung ist groß aber schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, für einen Urlaub aber echt ok. Empfehlung.

#### Schönes Haus mit tollem Ausblick

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist unterteilt in 2 separate Geschosse. Da das Obergeschoss nicht vermietet war, hatten wir den Pool für uns alleine. Der Schlüssel wurde uns von der Vermieterin persönlich übergeben. Die Kommunikation war etwas schwierig weil diese weder Englisch noch Deutsch verstehen konnte. Die Wohnfläche ist absolut großzügig mit einer riesigen Terasse mit Weitblick zum Meer! Absolut Traumhaft! Das ein oder andere könnte im Haus erneuert werden und leider ging die Beleuchtung am Pool nicht sodass nächtliches Schwimmen nicht möglich war, aber das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis ist insgesamt absolut top für die Größe und Lage.

#### Für Ruhesuchende und doch sehr nahe am Zentrum des Geschehens

Super Lage, ruhig, genügend Platz, Pool ausserordentlich gepflegt mit Sicherheitszaun für Kinder, grosse Terasse mit Schatten und Sicht auf das Meer. Was es braucht für einen Urlaub ist alles vorhanden. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und behilflich und zur Zeit vor Ort für Übergabe und Abnahme. Es hat Waschmaschine, Trocknungsraum, Induktionsherd einfach alles. Das Haus ist gut isoliert und bei Sonne innen angenehm kühl. Entsorgungsstation für allen Müll liegt gerade über der Strasse, sehr angenehm. Die Endreinigung ist im Preis inbegriffen, dafür hat die Besitzerin Personal angestellt. Super war auch, dass uns angeboten wurde, am Abreisetag bis 16.00 im Haus sein zu können, da anschliessend nicht direkt eine Neuvermietung anstand. Super, es lohnt sich also, die Flugdaten bekannt zu geben. Top Service! Die Fenster lassen sich nicht überall abschliessen, weshalb bei einem Verlassen des Hauses die Läden geschlossen werden müssen. Im Sommer sollten diese aber ohnehin geschlossen gehalten werden, damit sich das Haus nicht aufheizt.
