Two generous double bedrooms look out over the stunning backdrop of the mountains. The masterbedroom opens out onto the top terrace with unspoiled panoramic views. The fully equipped kitchen is complete with microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The kitchen opens on to a dining area (with dining table for six) and a lounge with large comfortable sofas and satellite TV (various European channels). The attractive bathroom is complete with shower and bath.
There is lots of space for outside relaxing and dining with a BBQ area, sun terrace and private pool with sun from early morning until evening. There is parking for two cars.
The villa is located near a nature park where you can enjoy scenic walks. The villa is on the outskirts of the rural village of Calvia where you can see the Mallorca untouched by tourism and enjoy a selection of typical cafes, bars and restaurants. If you wish to visit the beach, Palmanova and Santa Ponsa beaches are just a ten minutes' drive away. Here you will find more attractions and a livelier atmosphere.
