The interior of the appartment is some years old, but cleverly designed, nice and clean. And most important is the stunningly beautiful view of the citadel and the surroundings of Calvi. I will miss viewing the sun rising in the morning and watching the beautiful landscape during breakfast or dinner. A walk to the city or back takes about 30Min; its a bit exhausting but possible. La distanza dal mare è indicata 900 metri..ma non e così..Dalla loggia del poggiolo incantevole la vista sulla Cittadella e sul mare, Cucina molto piccola più di una persona non ci sta.l.... Il frigorifero assolutamente da sostituire perché inefficiente e piccolo dopo nostra lamentela ( considerato il caldo che c'era e bevande e alimenti tutte calde) il propietario ha dato la possibilità di utilizzare un altro frigo . Situé sur une colline la vue de notre appartement s'ouvre sur la baie de Calvi, la citadelle et des montagnes impressionnants. Les petits maisons se trouvent dans un joli jardin parmi d'autres belles villas. Monsieur Dary nous a bien acceuilli et a donné beaucoup de conseils pour des rendonnées et des restaurants. Oct 9, 2016 #### Superbe séjour dans la région de Calvi Sommes arrivés à Calvi sous un superbe soleil ce samedi 24/9/16\. Très agréablement accueilli par Mr Dary dans son studio au dessus de la ville de Calvi. Dès que vous entrez dans le studio vous avez une vue imprenable sur Calvi, sa citadelle et sa baie. Le levé du soleil les matins sur la baie est magnifique. On ne s'en lasse pas !. De plus Mr Dary vous guide par téléphone dès votre arrivé à l'aéroport de Bastia . Il vous propose ensuite des circuits de randonnées établis par ses soins. Nous les avons tous fait durant notre séjour et nous en avons pris pleins les yeux ! Alors, si vous souhaitez passer de superbes vacances sur l'Ile de Beauté ( son surnom n'est pas volé ! ), n'hésitez pas. Le studio est super bien situé ( 30mn à pied jusqu'au port de plaisance. Même si la côte est raide au retour, nous avons pris plaisir à faire la balade tous les soirs ). D'autre part, le studio est très bien équipé. Une adresse à vivement conseiller. Sep 13, 2016 #### Un excellent séjour dans un environnement superbe Dès le premier contact Monsieur Dary met tout en oeuvre pour faire en sorte que votre séjour dans sa résidence soit le plus agréable possible. A l'écoute des préoccupations de ses hôtes, il devance leurs attentes et fait preuve d'une attention prévenante et bienveillante, mais toujours discrète. De la prise de réservation, à votre accueil puis enfin aux formalités de départ la gentillesse avec laquelle Monsieur Dary s'occupe de vous est très appréciable. La résidence est située sur les dernières hauteurs au dessus de Calvi. Elle est très bien entretenue et la vue sur la baie est tout simplement magnifique. Le logement est sobrement décoré et ne manque d'aucun équipement. Tout est conforme et même supérieur aux descriptions qui sont proposées sur le site Abritel. Seul petit regret : la cuisine est un peu exiguë. Une buanderie collective permet de faire sa lessive sur place. La position dominante dont jouit la résidence offre également l'avantage du calme. Cela nécessite cependant de disposer d'un véhicule pour pouvoir pleinement profiter de toutes les ressources, activités, et excursions que Monsieur Dary pourra vous suggérer. Ses conseils en matière de restaurant sont précieux ! Plutôt habitués de la région d'Ajaccio en raison d'attaches familiales nous avons trouvé à Calvi et en Balagne un environnement exceptionnel et seront ravis de revenir séjourner chez Monsieur Dary. Nous recommandons d'ailleurs d'opter pour un séjour de deux semaines afin d'en tirer bon profit et de prendre le temps de se poser. ##### Frederic R.
