This private fenced property spanning 489 m2 offers a vacation rental with a swimming pool (6 x 3 m, seasonally available throughout the year), a yard, Internet Wi-Fi, and parking for two cars.  
  
Outdoors: The villa boasts an outdoor shower, ensuring you can rinse off after a refreshing dip in the pool or a day at the nearby sandy beach "Playa de la Fossa," just 2.2 km away. The property's fenced grounds provide a secure and private space for your outdoor enjoyment.

The 3-room house is 90 square meters in size and features a bright and comfortable interior with beautiful furnishings. The living/dining room is equipped with satellite TV, digital TV, air conditioning, and forced-air heating, and it provides access to the terrace. There are two bedrooms: one with a French bed (150 cm, length 190 cm) and a fan, and another with two beds (90 cm, length 190 cm) and a fan. The kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The property also includes a shower/WC.  
  
Amenities Included  
The property offers a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation experience. These include a large terrace with terrace furniture, a barbecue, deck chairs (2), and a sitting area overlooking the swimming pool, the resort, and the town. Additionally, you will have access to a washing machine, an iron, a children's high chair, a baby cot suitable for up to 2-year-olds, and a hair dryer.
