For shared use: property (fenced) with lawn and plants, lawn for sunbathing, beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool (15 x 14 m, depth 50 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower. Private: property (fenced). Terrace, barbecue. Supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 1 km, café 1 km, bus stop 1.5 km, sandy beach "Playa Arenal" 2 km. Sports harbour 3.8 km, marina 3.8 km, golf course (9 hole) 12 km, surf school 3.8 km, sailing school 3.8 km, tennis 1.1 km.
