A complete bathroom with shower and a beautiful glazed terrace with a table for lunch or dinner watching the beautiful sea and the boats of the marina of Calpe and an area for sun loungers. Outside of the accommodation: Located on the front line, overlooking the sea, the marina of Calpe, and the natural park of Peñon de Ifach. The flat has private parking inside the building and a communal swimming pool. It is 200 m from restaurants where you can taste the typical food of Calpe, rice, seafood, and fresh fish. 300 m from the natural park "Parque Natural del Peñon de Ifach", 350 m from the sandy beach, 500 m from the rocky beach, 1 km from the supermarket, 3 km from the town "Calpe", 11 km from the golf course "club de golf Ifach" and is located in an ideal area for families and next to the sea.
