The open kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob and dishwasher, providing the possibility of preparing delicious meals. One bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning, dressing room and en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has two single beds, also with air conditioning, and there is another bathroom with a bathtub for greater comfort.

The apartment benefits from an exceptional communal area, including two swimming pools surrounded by lawns to enjoy the sun. In addition, it has a paddle court and a children's playground. A garage space for one vehicle is also provided.
