C'est honteux.
Horrible, l'hôte n'était pas au courant de mon arrivé, la chambre était sale, le linge dégoûtant et sentait mauvais. Je ne suis pas restée me sentant en insécurité car la chambre et la salle de bain ne fermaient pas à clef.
C'est honteux que Hotel.com propose un service pareil.
Je n'ai pas été remboursé.

Nous aurions apprécié que le chauffage soit allumé avant notre arrivée dans la chambre et dans la salle de bain, que tous les tapis soient propres et que l'annonce précise que les toilettes sont en commun. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment petit !
La literie est de qualité, les draps et serviettes sont propres. La personne qui nous accueile est discrète et agréable.
