Scribbly Gums enjoys a lovely sunny aspect and peaceful views of the bushland across the street. The modern kitchen comes fully equipped with quality appliances, including a coffee machine, making it ideal for easy meal preparation. Lounge rooms upstairs and downstairs, both featuring TVs and Wi-Fi, provide ample space for families or groups to relax in comfort. Additional conveniences include an internal laundry with a washer and off-street parking for two vehicles (carport and driveway). At the rear, a generous alfresco deck complete with a BBQ provides the perfect setting for relaxed outdoor entertaining.

Local attractions include a nearby golf course, bowling club, and sailing club, while Callala Bay shops are just a few minutes away. For a day out, take the Myola ferry to Huskisson for cafes, markets, and dolphin-watching cruises.

Getting around is easy with little traffic most of the year, great bike paths and pleasant walks everywhere. Public transport is limited.

This property is managed by a licensed Holiday Rental Specialist. We go far beyond that which is provided by a real estate agent in terms of service, reliability, fairness, cleanliness and quality of holiday homes.

Outside of peak periods, early arrivals and late departures will be offered where possible.

This property is surrounded by permanent residents and is located in a quiet part of town. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted forfeiting their full tariff. If you are planning a party, please look elsewhere as we have a zero tolerance policy.  
  
\> What is included?  
  
Jervis Bay Rentals provide linen all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, beach towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive.  
  
The kitchen has all the pots, pans and utensils you are likely to need. There is surface cleaner, detergent, dishwashing tablets and dish cloths available as well as cleaning equipment for the BBQ. We also supply items like glad wrap, foil, paper towels and tea towels. The pantry has all the basics and often more, including olive oil, salt and pepper, tea bags, coffee and sugar.  
  
Bathrooms have as a minimum shower gel, hand wash, tissues and toilet paper.  
  
There are laundry detergent sheets supplied for the washing machine.  
  
Cots and highchairs are available at no extra cost. Unfortunately the property doesn't have enough linen and towels for infants. Please bring your own if required.  
  
If you find something that you would expect to have at your holiday home is missing, please let Jervis Bay Rentals know and we will do our best to arrange it.
