Studio self contained room, with private bathroom / laundry. Easy 200 metre walk through a bush track to the sandy pristine waters of Callala Bay. Room fits 2 adults sharing a double bed. Self contained granny flat with a separate laundry/shower and toilet. The laundry / toilet area is clean and tidy, however has a slight 90's retro theme. The whole space has private access but shares a wall with the main home. The main house is a private holiday home and often vacant. Space has a flat screen TV, fridge, kettle, microwave and toaster. Double bed in room. Linen, towels and pillows supplied. Your room will be stocked with tea, coffee, milk. Free wifi also provided. Guests are welcome to enjoy the outdoor space in the rear yard, which has plenty of tables and chairs, sunbeds and more to relax on. Note: the room is set up as per the photos. There is no table and chairs inside the room but plenty of areas to sit in the backyard and on the front balcony. Dogs welcome, please be aware i have 2 pugs that are very social and use the backyard as well. A $75 one off fee applies to all bookings with a dog. 2 dogs are fine as long as there small. if you wish to do a spot of fishing, or use a Inflatable kayak just give me a few weeks notice and I can have them available for you to use for free during your stay. Das Wifi Passwort sollte im Zimmer hinterlegt sein, so dass man nicht erst mit dem Besitzer Kontakt aufnehmen und auf die Antwort warten muss.Ebenso wären Umgebungspläne hilfreich und nicht nur eine völlig veraltete Karte an der Wand.
