We had a great stay at UpValley Inn & Hot Springs. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and the relaxing atmosphere of the property. The location was convenient for exploring Napa Valley, and overall everything felt easy and pleasant. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I was in the area for business, so didn’t have time to take advantage of the hot spring and pool aspect, but the room was great though the blue light on the refrigerator is incredibly bright for sleeping!

Clean,quaint hotel. Staff was friendly especially David! Comfortable bed. They rent beach cruiser bikes for free for 2 hours. My friend and I enjoyed riding around Calistoga shopping, and exploring the neighborhood.

Room was nice. Towels and robes for the spa area were provided. The sauna and steam room are great. Pool was nice but us in small side and hot tub wasn’t very hot. Parking is easy and all in all hotel is nice.

I had a great stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making check-in and check-out easy. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which made the room very comfortable. Parking was convenient, and the overall experience was smooth and enjoyable. We had a 2 night stay for a girl’s trip. Proximity to downtown Calistoga, restaurants, shops, hot springs and wineries were amazing. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We especially enjoyed the mineral pool, hot tub, and free bikes to explore the area. Highly recommend!

An updated motel. New clean rooms, very comfortable, but ours was 20 feet from the highway. Noisy, lights, etc. They advertise that they have a mineral spring and I don’t doubt that it’s built on top of one, but the pool and hot tub are in disrepair. Behind ugly fencing, the pool and spa have chipping paint, bugs, weird color water. However the sauna room and steam room seemed new and we enjoyed those. Too high-priced a place for what you get. Easy walk into town, less than a half mile.

Staff was incredibly helpful and responsive during my visit. The room was incredibly clean however I did encounter a major issue, since I discovered a large amount of dead wasps on the ceiling molding directly above the bed. On the positive side, the amenities were fantastic. I loved having bike access which made it incredibly easy to explore. The location is perfect and close to the own center.
