Very nice room, staff friendly, secure area of Cali, but just a little noisy in the middle of the night with staff cleaning the hallway.

This hotel is pretty conveniently located close to shopping malls and bars. The staff was very friendly and helped me the whole time. The cost va benefit is very balanced

My family enjoyed our 3 night stay at Ambar. The staff was friendly and always willing to offer assistance. I loved the hot water, comfortable bed, and free breakfast. In addition, the 24 hour security on site made you feel safe. We will stay here again when we are in Cali.

Hotel was in a central area close to Los Jardines plaza where you have so many restaurants and shopping, down the street from restaurants The staff were so friendly and helpful. They helped us book a tour around the city. Excellent!

Me gusto quedarme en este hotel o boutique. Muy limpio agradable. Espacioso las habitaciones. La atencion de todos en general en el hotel es buena, muy atentos ya amables. Un desayuno perfecto. Cafe muy rico. Los jugos que hacen son deliciosos. Recomiendo este hotel. Muy tranquilo el aerea.

This is the second time I have stayed at this boutique hotel and I love the attention they provide. From the check in, the cleaning of the rooms, in the cafeteria. I am not from Colombia I travel for work and I will always stay here. A good breakfast. The place around is very quiet in the south of Cali.

My husband & I stayed at Ambar Boutuque Hotel from Feb 16-26 and had a fabulous stay. The staff is amazing: Front Desk: Sebastian & Andres, always very helpful and courteous. Restaurant: Dina, Yesliany & Javier are amazing; we had breakfast every morning and several diners and they always went out of their way to make us feel welcomed, very prifessional and outstanding service. Note: the breakfasts are great and the dinner menu exceptional. Most try the arepas with chicharron as well as a freshly made mango smoothie! Our housekeeper, Marla, always with a smile. The hotel is very clean, the bed so COMFORTABLE and we loved the location. It was a perfect stay. I had several appointments at Fundacion del Valle de Lili, only 4 blocks away and a beautiful shopping center right across the street from FVL. Our thanks & appreciation to the amazing staff!! 👏

Pick this hotel, trust me
This hotel was great! I definitely recommend it. Friendly staff, free breakfast, nice room, security at the door, beautiful view on the 6th floor with a jacuzzi. If i come back to Cali i will stay here again.

Newer nice quality small hotel, with good service and friendly staff. It was a small nice restaurant bar by the hotel entrance. It is well located on a large avenue which provides quick and easy access to different parts of the city. We felt comfortable and safe (it has its own private security at night). Overall a good value between what you pay and what you get.

I really liked it. It’s very well located, near a bunch of good restaurants. The room was clean and the bed super comfy. The hotel has a cute area outside where you can hang out and have a drink, it’s perfect to enjoy the Cali weather. Breakfast was good too.

Las habitaciones son lindas, cómodas, agradables. No se escucha el ruido de la calle. El jacuzzi es muy agradable. No estaba funcionando el sauna.

Muy bonito el hotel y cómodo, solo mejorar servici
Las instalaciones muy buenas para lo necesario, el personal en general muy bien , solo si considero que la recepción en día, la cual es atendida por una chica , debe mejorar, el servicio de ella no deja ganas de regresar, no resuelve, no es atenta, es muy fría para este tipo de industria. Mi madre iba enferma para una cirugía , llego antes del check inn y la recio de la patada. Comprendemos las normas , pero el trato no fue nada amable.
