Ideal for families, the property features a large open-plan living room and kitchen. The living room is equipped with a spacious and comfortable L-shaped sofa, perfect for relaxing, and offers direct access to the outdoor area.

The kitchen, modern and featuring an elegant central island, is fully equipped to prepare all daily meals. In addition to basic dishes and utensils, it features a kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, oven, dishwasher, and even an air fryer to make your daily life easier.

Access to the terrace is conveniently located next to the living room, where you can gather the family to enjoy the fantastic pool with panoramic ocean views or use the barbecue for al fresco dining. The property also benefits from private outdoor parking.

The sleeping area has three harmoniously decorated bedrooms. The master bedroom is a stunning suite with a private bathroom with a bathtub. Two of the bedrooms feature direct and privileged ocean views. All rooms are spacious, comfortable, and equipped with a TV.

All beds come with quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

The two bathrooms, one with a soaking tub and the other with a shower, feature all amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The space is always professionally cleaned.

Located on the stunning southwest coast of Madeira, this accommodation is situated in the picturesque Fajã da Ovelha, a parish that seems suspended between the sea and the mountains. The neighbourhood is a true sanctuary of tranquillity, famous for offering the most breathtaking sunsets on the island. Here, the energy is serene and invigorating, marked by the rhythm of rural life and the vastness of the Atlantic Ocean stretching to the horizon, making it the ideal retreat for those looking to disconnect and recharge away from the crowds.

The area is a paradise for nature lovers and hikers. You will be a short distance from some of the region's most beautiful Levadas and trails, winding through lush landscapes and Laurissilva forest. A short and scenic drive takes you to the coastal villages of Paul do Mar and Jardim do Mar, world-renowned for their perfect surf waves, narrow charming streets, and seaside bars where you can enjoy a drink in the late afternoon. For family beach days, the famous Calheta Sand Beach and its modern Marina are just a few minutes' drive away.

Despite the idyllic isolation, the location offers excellent connectivity to discover Madeira's landmarks. From here, you have privileged access to the road leading to the iconic Porto Moniz Natural Pools and the mystical Fanal forest on the north coast. The cosmopolitan capital, Funchal, with its Farmers' Market and Cable Car, is accessible via an approximate 50-minute drive, allowing you to easily alternate between the absolute peace of the countryside and the city's cultural vibe.

The property is easily accessible by car.

Madeira Airport is a 1-hour and 10-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
