About this property

LARGE FAMILY HOME , SPACIOUS & MODERN BY THE LAKESIDE.

  • Welcome to our large family home by the lake. Inside, you'll find five bedrooms (two fitted with plush king-sized beds), 4.5 bathrooms, and two fully equipped kitchens and modern furnishings. Our home is sure to charm you. Bring the whole family to have some fun in a new community.
    25 min drive from Downtown Calgary, Airport, 5-10min drive from shops and restaurants, golf course and just a short walk from play grounds and the Chestermere Lake.

    Our guests stay on the main floor and second floor. The basement is tenanted and tenants have their own separate entrance. The living space is over 3000sq ft.
    Two of the six bedrooms are masters suites. The third and fourth bedroom share a jack and jill bath room. The fifth bedroom is on the main floor and has its own bath rooms just outside the room. The den upstairs has a pull out couch for extra sleeping surface. We also have a crib just perfect for our mini guests.
